Diane Borsato is an Associate Professor at the University in Guelph, where she teaches advanced courses that explore the relationships between art and everyday life including Food and Art, Special Topics on Walking, Live Art, and OUTDOOR SCHOOL. Georgiana Uhlyarik is Fredrik S. Eaton Curator, Canadian Art in the Canadian and Indigenous Art Department at the Art Gallery of Ontario.
