WHAT?

  • To create awareness of the importance of soil health and soil wealth to address environmental issues
  • To showcase the University of Guelph as a hub for soil research
  • To engage scholars working in disciplines not traditionally involved in soil research

HOW?

  • Keynote presentations in soil health and wealth
  • Poster and ‘meet-and-greet’ for students, researchers, and stakeholders
  • Round-table discussions on multi-disciplinary approaches to soil health and wealth

WHY?

To promote innovative and holistic approaches that protect our soil resource and thus guarantee food production and ecosystem service provision
